SZP Seminar “Recent Developments in Antitrust Law and Most Sensitive Enforcement and Litigation Issues” Conducted by our Partner Amir Begdesenov

We hereby cordially invite you to our seminar “Recent Developments in Antitrust Law and Most Sensitive Enforcement and Litigation Issues” conducted by SZP Partner Amir Begdesenov, a member of the working group set up by the Board of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition under the Kazakhstan Ministry of National Economy and the Council for Protection of Competition of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Entrepreneurs. 

The seminar will focus on the most sensitive and complex issues, such as:

- Entrepreneurial Code vs. Competition Law: Fundamental Changes;

- Distribution Agreements Overview in the Context of Antitrust Law;

- Unfair Competition and Antitrust Law in 2016;

- Antitrust Litigation.

Participants will be offered a number of case studies and practical tasks. 

The Seminar fee will be KZT 125,000.  We are pleased to offer up to a 15% discount; in particular, out-of-town participants, attendees of previous events and group participants (over two employees of one company) will be given a 5% discount.  SZP Clients will be given a 25% discount (not cumulative)!  Discounts will apply to advance payments and will remain valid within 7 days after the completion of the Seminar.
