Partner Arman Berdalin Made a Speech at the 5th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum

Arman Berdalin presented his overview “Protection of Investments and Minority Shareholders’ Rights” in one of the sessions of the 5^th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum titled “Joint Ventures: Building Effective Cross-border Partnership”.  Arman also attended a number of other sessions where he was fully engaged in discussions and participated in formal and cultural events arranged by the Forum sponsors.

The St. Petersburg International Legal Forum is the first and unique platform for discussion of important legal issues in the context of global social and economic challenges.  Annually the Forum is attended by senior officials of the Russian and foreign governments, leading international experts specializing in economics, law and international relations, legal service leaders of major international companies and representatives of the international legal community.

The 5^th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, held on 27-30 May 2015, received over 3,000 delegates from 84 countries.
