Amir Begdesenov’s Presentation at the International Conference “Antitrust Regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union”

On 5 June 2015, Altai Technopark, Ust-Kamenogorsk hosted the International Conference “Antitrust Regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union”.

The event gathered 180 participants from Kazakhstan, Russia, and Belarus who discussed a number of strategic issues of the power, transportation and industrial cooperation within the Single Economic Space.

The Conference was moderated by Mr. Danial Akhmetov, the Akim of East-Kazakhstan Oblast.

The event was attended by the Board Member/Minister in charge of Competition and Antitrust Regulation Nurlan Aldabergenov, Deputy Chairman of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union Zholymbet Baishev, Kazakhstan MPs Talgatbek Abaidildin and Amerkhan Rakhimzanov, Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sergey Kuzin, as well as the representatives of the Kazakhstan Ministries of National Economy, Energy, Agriculture and Justice, Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, the Russian Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism of the Altai Republic, and the representatives of business and academic community of the EEU Member-States.
