On 15 October 2015, Sayat Zholshy & Partners took part in the conference devoted to antitrust regulatory framework in the EEU member-states which was held in Moscow at the premises of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
The event was sponsored by the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service together with Non-commercial Partnership “Supporting Competition in CIS Countries”.
The conference was attended by representatives of the EEU member-states, CIS Executive Board, Eurasian Economic Commission and Court of the EEU, Kazakhstan antitrust authorities (Vice Chairman of the Kazakhstan Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition) and Russian antitrust authorities (Deputy Head of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service).
The conference participants discussed the current antitrust regulatory framework, the developments in antitrust laws of the EEU member-states and the relationship between business communities of the member-states with the Eurasian Economic Commission.
