Participation of Aidyn Bikebayev in the First All-Russian Practical Conference «Key problems of the competition law in Russia with the adoption of the Third Antimonopoly Law Package»
29th of March, 2012 Senior Partner Aidyn Bikebayev participated in All-Russian Practical Conference «Key problems of the competition law in Russia with the adoption of the Third Antimonopoly Law Package».
The participants who were the representatives of antimonopoly authority and Russia judicial authority, “CIS Countries competition assistance” non-commercial partnership touched upon the problems of antitrust law improvement and enforcement. In the conference framework the issues of antitrust regulation in Russia and in the common free market zone were analyzed and the positions of education and science representatives and Russia judicial authorities were covered.
Aidyn Bikebayev reported on the topic “Russian Federation Antitrust Improvement”. In his speech covered the issues of legal regulation of unfair competition in particular its differentiation with classic antitrust regulation and also the legality of unfair competition indicators imputation to the market participants. The special attention was given to the problem of differentiation of “agreement”, “concerted action” and “cartel” concepts and the dominant position given to the trade market subjects.
