Yersain Ospanov has extensive experience in the private sector ranging from a private equity fund to a consulting firm to a hi-tech company, and the quasigovernment sector. In the course of his career Yersain supported a broad array of Kazakhstan landmark M&A transactions. Equipped with such knowledge and experience Yersain, in his capacity as Counsel, will undoubtedlystrengthen our M&A, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance practices.
