Sayat Zholshy & Partners Has Arranged Insurance of Its Professional Practice

Sayat Zholshy & Partners has arranged insurance of its professional practice by Allianz Kazakhstan Insurance Company JSC effective 1 April 2011. Allianz Kazakhstan is a subsidiary of Allianz SE and has been present in Kazakhstan since 1999. Allianz Kazakhstan is wholly-owned by Allianz S.E., a Societas Europaea, which is a new European legal form of stock corporations. Allianz SE was set up in Munich, Germany in 1890.

The total insurance coverage is KZT 100,000,000 and covers all firm’s practice areas.

Although we have no record of insurance claims related to incidents in our professional practice, this measure will help provide significant additional security and protection of our clients’ property interests.

We have arranged insurance of our professional practice to make our clients aware that even in the event of an insurance incident they will have a reliable protection. Also, for some of our foreign clients and partners insurance is a prerequisite for a successful cooperation and we take steps to earn greater trust towards our firm and to make it more competitive and attractive for our Clients.
