Vitaliy Vodolazkin Has Been Elected the New Managing Partner of Sayat Zholshy & Partners

The partners of Sayat Zholshy & Partners have unanimously elected Vitaliy Vodolazkin as the Managing Partner of the Firm, a position formerly held by Aidyn Bikebayev.  Vitaliy will assume the position on 1 January 2022.

Over the last 18 years, Senior Partner Vitaliy Vodolazkin has been leading the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice and advising our clients on the most complicated real estate and finance matters.

In the last 13 years, based on the surveys of internationally renowned guides (e.g. The Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and asialaw Profiles), Vitaliy Vodolazkin was singled out for his ‘outstanding litigation guidance’ and included among the leading Kazakhstan lawyers.  In 2018, the leading international guide The Legal 500 recognized Vitaliy Vodolazkin as one of the elite leading lawyers and included him in their Hall of Fame which highlights the law firm partners who are at the pinnacle of the profession and who have received constant praise by their clients for continued excellence.

Aidyn Bikebayev will continue as Senior Partner of Sayat Zholshy & Partners and advise the Firm’s clients on the most challenging antitrust cases with the main focus, however, on his duties of the Chairman of the Kazakhstan National Bar Association.
