SZP PARTNER AMIR BEGDESENOV DELIVERING A SPEECH AT ASTANA LEGAL FORUM 2022

On 13-14 May 2022, Astana Legal Forum 2022 (ALF 2022) was held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.  Astana Legal Forum 2022 (ALF 2022) is an annual business event which brings together leading experts in the field of law and business.  The aim of the event is to create the largest platform for the exchange of professional information and relevant practices, and for the discussion of problems and solutions with leading industry experts and representatives of the public sector.

This year, 6 parallel forums were held within the framework of ALF 2022, in particular, Compliance & Business Ethics Forum, Dispute Resolution Forum, Antimonopoly Law, GR, Construction Legal Forum, PPP + Renewable energy sources (RES), and Kazakhstan Arbitration Day.

The Forum was attended by a number of acknowledged Kazakhstan and foreign experts and practitioners specialising in various areas of law, public officials, heads of corporate legal services, and GR and compliance managers of major companies.

SZP Partner Amir Begdesenov delivered a presentation devoted to the discreditation of electronic trading facilities by “gas” affairs.
