AIFC Law Webinar for Notaries by SZP Counsel Olzhas Daniyarov

Upon Invitation of the Kazakhstan National Notary Chamber, SZP Counsel Olzhas Daniyarov, Attorney-at-Law, delivered a webinar devoted to the specifics and practical application of AIFC law.  The webinar was attended by over 300 notaries.

In the course of the webinar, Olzhas got into the legal nature of an AIFC participant and highlighted certain gaps in the relevant AIFC regulations.  Further, Olzhas offered a few solutions to the problem of minimizing the impact of such legislative gaps on businesses.  He also revealed numerous issues and pitfalls in the distribution of authority among bodies and the transmission of shares in private companies.

In their letter of gratitude, the Kazakhstan National Notary Chamber highly appreciated Olzhas’s expertise in AIFC Law and acknowledged SZP’s leadership in this highly idiosyncratic area of law.  Both parties confirmed their mutual intent to continue cooperation in educating the professional community.
