Sayat Zholshy & Partners Counsel Olzhas Daniyarov Conducts Intensive Course on AIFC Corporate Law

On 9–10 October 2026, at the invitation of AIFC Academy, Sayat Zholshy & Partners Counsel Olzhas Daniyarov conducted a two-day practical intensive course on AIFC corporate law.

The programme focused on the practical application of AIFC corporate legislation and covered issues that often fall outside a formal study of the regulatory framework: less obvious regulatory nuances, practical pitfalls, potential risks, and specific considerations in structuring corporate relationships.

Particular attention was devoted to analysing practical cases and situations that participants may encounter when working with AIFC companies.

A series of joint webinars with White Square and the Republican Chamber of Notaries is planned for October, focusing on specific practical aspects of AIFC law and regulation. Further details will be published separately.
