Participation of Amir Begdesenov and Alina Steblyanko, Sayat Zholshy & Partners, in the First Tennis Tournament Zanger devoted to the Kazakhstan Constitution Day

On 22 September 2012, the Gorky Tennis Park court hosted the first tennis tournament Zanger devoted to the Kazakhstan Constitution Day under the motto “future belongs to talented and healthy rights lawyers”.
The idea to turn such sports event, the first of its kind in Almaty, into reality was promoted by Bakytgul Kusmanova, General Director of Finance & Law EC LLP, LL.M., who is an agile, active and positive lady considering tennis her second (after legal career) calling. The tournament was sponsored by Lamirel Spa.
“We hope that this event will synthesize the popular sport and business, promote friendly and business liaison, rest and leisure, bonded by common profession and business,” said Bakytgul. “Therefore, we hope that Zanger Tournament will become the annual traditional celebration of the Kazakhstan Constitution Day.”
The Tournament invited legal practitioners, attorneys, notaries, master degree students, professors, lawyers employed by local and foreign firms, and representatives of Kazakhstan justice authorities.
Amir Begdesenov, Senior Lawyer, and Alina Steblyanko, Administrative Director, were happy to take active part in the Tennis Tournament and successfully represent their firm. After a long and tough struggle, Amir got the second place among men and Alina got the third place among women.
The Tournament was followed by a drink reception where the sponsors awarded diplomas and prizes (Lamirel Spa gift certificates) to the winners.
