The results of this review have been published in the special analytical report Doing Business 2013: Smarter Regulations for Small and Medium Size Enterprises.
The 2013 edition presents a broad spectrum of data on legal and economic regulation of 11 key aspects of doing business, such as: establishment of a business, construction licensing, ownership certification, raising credits, investor protection, tax payments, recruitment, etc. All the key indicators are used for analysis of the economic performance of a certain business and determine which business process regulation reforms are the most efficient, in which sector and why.
