Sayat Zholshy & Partners Took an Action against Copyright Infringement

On 6 December 2012, the lawyers of Sayat Zholshy & Partners filed with the Almaly District Court (Almaty) a claim on behalf of ANYWAYANYDAY LIMITED. This Cypriot company owns an online-service for international air tickets and hotels booking (https://www.anywayanyday.com).

The company alleges that the owners of Kazakhstan site http://www.flight.kz/ infringe its copyrights for the web-design of anywayanyday.com site and the software belonging to it. This allegation is supported by the opinion issued by the Kazakhstan Designers Union and other related documents. Through the copyright infringement action ANYWAYANYDAY LIMITED would like to recover US$100,000 damages, plus the reimbursement of all legal costs.
