A&O Global Academy provided a training course on 20-22 November 2013 in the A&O London Training Center, UK where Amir Begdesenov, a senior associate of Sayat Zholshy & Partners, attended a personal financial training program covering numerous relevant topics, including the introduction to financial products and markets, restructuring, security in a cross-border context, etc.

The event was targeted at young and promising associates and partners of law firms seeking better performance by making better use of gained expertise and knowledge and developing their skills in a certain area of practice. Eventually, the training sessions were attended by over 70 participants representing various law firms worldwide.

The overall training program implied the in-depth study of various issues across such areas of practice as corporate law, banking and litigation. The subsequent training sessions offered the attendees to improve their soft skills.
