SZP Managing Partner Aidyn Bikebayev Elected as a Chairman of the Qualifications Commission of the High Judicial Council of Kazakhstan

On 11 September 2019, the High Judicial Council of Kazakhstan conducted its regular meeting chaired by Mr. T.S. Donakov, Chairman of the High Judicial Council of Kazakhstan.

The High Judicial Council of Kazakhstan is an autonomous government institution called to safeguard the constitutional powers of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in relation to the composition of courts and the guarantees of independence and inviolability of judges.

The Qualifications Commission set up by the High Judicial Council in pursuance of Article 11 of the Kazakhstan Law Concerning the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan administers qualification tests and examinations for candidates applying for vacancies of judges.

SZP Managing Partner Aidyn Bikebayev was elected by the High Judicial Council as a chairman of the Qualifications Commission.
