SZP COUNSEL YERZHAN TOKTAROV APPOINTED A JUDGE OF A DISTRICT COURT IN ALMATY

In pursuance of Decree #845 issued by Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on 26 March 2022, SZP Counsel Yerzhan Toktarov was appointed a Judge of Auezov District Court #2 in Almaty.

Yerzhan worked for Sayat Zholshy & Partners for 15 years all the way from a junior associate to counsel and successfully led the Firm’s labour law practice.

Sayat Zholshy & Partners heartily congratulates Yerzhan Toktarov on his appointment to the position of Judge and hopes that he will implement the knowledge and experience acquired in our Firm to the fullest possible extent.
