Sayat Zholshy & Partners participated the II Central Asian M&A Forum and was a partner of it.

The II Central Asian M&A Forum was held in 29-30th May, 2012 in Almaty. It was organized by VIP Promotion Group Company and its general partners were Sayat Zholshy & Partners Law Firm and GMC Company.

The first day of this event covered the M&A cases and the second day was dedicated to the issues of corporate law, in particular, holding companies management. Different key topics were discussed at the event passed, such as: “M&A Features in CIS», «M&A legal risks», «Corporate Law Practical Aspects» and other.  Also the discussions with experts and professionals were carried out.  At the end of the second day the participants were offered the interesting role-playing business game, then the prizes were presented.

The speech of Caspian Public University Professor, Sergey Klimkin deserves much attention. In his report Proffesor Klimkin touched upon the issue of the EurAsEC civil legislation foundations   and answered topical questions of the participants.
