Sayat Zholshy & Partners’ Engagement in the World Bank Country Opinion Survey Program

The World Bank Group seeks feedback on its work from its clients, partners, Kazakhstan development program participants or the country social and economic development observers. The survey focuses on the work of the World Bank Group comprising IBRD, IDA, IFC, MIGA and ICSID.
The survey findings will allow the World Bank’s Kazakhstan employees to get a better idea of how the World Bank perceptions are assessed. The survey is just one of the tools applied by the World Bank Group in eliciting stakeholders’ opinions and developing effective national development strategies.

“We believe that such evaluation should serve as an excellent complementary instrument to our joint consultations. Such quantitative research allows the World Bank to assess perceptions of our work and to track these opinions over time and scientifically,” – states the World Bank in its message to customers.

It is not the first time when Sayat Zholshy & Partners is engaged in similar survey and research programs. For example, at the end of 2012, Sayat Zholshy & Partners was selected as a partner of IFC in the World Bank’s annual Doing Business project. Five employees of the Firm engaged in the Project working groups received letters of gratitude and recognition for their contribution to the Project.
