Sayat Zholshy & Partners successfully arranged for the issuance of 2 first-category construction licenses

Sayat Zholshy & Partners has completed a project of legal assistance in the issuance of 2 first-category construction licenses for a major foreign-invested oil and gas company.  Over the last three years we have performed seven projects related to construction licensing.  This way Sayat Zholshy & Partners demonstrates a high degree of professional ability to obtain first-category construction licenses despite the fact that the new licensing authorities (Oblast Akimats) were delegated the construction licensing function at the beginning of 2015.

Moreover, Sayat Zholshy & Partners actively renders services for the arrangement of acquisition of interests in companies holding first-category construction licenses.  Whereas this type of license is deemed the most difficult to obtain, this way of acquiring the right to perform construction works seems to be the most practicable and efficient.
