Sayat Zholshy & Partners has been selected by International Finance Corporation (IFC)as partner in the joint development of corporate governance practice in Kazakhstan

Over 10 years, IFC has been developing corporate governance in Europe and Central Asia, covering over 11,000 companies and financial institutions. Due to this project, the companies were rendered assistance in the improvement of their performance and, as a result, the enhancement of corporate governance and attraction of financing (over 2 billion US dollars).

In Kazakhstan, IFC and Sayat Zholshy & Partners (selected as partner in the project) together offer services to companies and financial institutions for the development of their corporate government practice, including the issue-related training courses, special ‘diagnostic’ surveys, and advice on certain corporate governance issues.

In its work with corporate clients Sayat Zholshy & Partners will apply the IFC’s corporate governance methodology and tools tailored for specific needs of each individual company (including public companies, family business, financial institutions, privatized companies and state-owned enterprises).
