On 28 August 2013, 5:00 - 6:30 p.m., the KazBar Debating Club will hold the third roundtable on the subject "Access to Litigation Information in Kazakhstan"

On 28 August 2013, 5:00 - 6:30 p.m., following the tradition of roundtables, the KazBar Debating Club will hold the third roundtable on the subject "Access to Litigation Information in Kazakhstan" in Lecture Hall 237, KIMEP (Valikhanov St.).  Please see attached the location map.

The roundtable will cover the issues of the Kazakhstan judicial system transparency.  The selection of the topic was triggered by the fact that recently the community has been discussing the news of the Kazakhstan Supreme Court restricting access in the electronic directory to judicial acts under certain proceedings.  Legal practitioners have demonstrated considerable interest.  We hope that the roundtable attendees will be able to exchange their views on the subject and to get their questions answered.

The roundtable will be moderated by the Management Board of the Kazakhstan Bar Association represented by Aidyn Bikebayev, Sergey Vatayev and Zhangheldy Suleymanov.

Any member of the Kazakhstan Bar Association may participate in the event, which is free for the KazBar members.
