Unachieved Harmonization Objectives

The adoption of a model competition law by the SES (Single Economic Space) member-states implies that the initial harmonization stage has been already passed by all the states involved.  In this article Amir Begdesenov, a partner of Sayat Zholshy & Partners, demonstrates that in Kazakhstan the harmonization, per se, did not happen.
