Senior Partner Aidyn Bikebayev Addressed the Forum of Corporate Lawyers in Almaty

On 6-7 November 2014, the 9th Forum of Corporate Lawyers took place in Almaty.  The Forum was attended by over 100 leading Kazakhstan lawyers representing major Kazakhstan companies and law firms.

Aidyn Bikebayev, Senior Partner of Sayat Zholshy & Partners, made a presentation on the key developments in Kazakhstan antitrust law ensuing from the adoption of the CES Model Competition Law.

In his presentation Aidyn raised such critical issues as the pending reform of antitrust law and the definition of anti-competitive agreements.
