SZP Senior Partner Vitaliy Vodolazkin on Challenges of Videoconferencing for Kazakhstan Courts in Forbes.kz Magazine

SZP Senior Partner Vitaliy Vodolazkin, a leader of the SZP Dispute Resolution Practice, has shared his views on the remote proceedings currently undertaken by Kazakhstan courts. 

His major concern is that the information technologies and equipment currently available to courts are not adequate for remote large-scale comprehensive processing of administrative and criminal cases.
