The Most Sought Transformational Changes in the Status of Attorneys-at-Law and Legal Practice Safeguards Article in the Zanger Periodical of the Kazakhstan Union of Judges

In his article Aidyn BIKEBAYEV emphasizes the long overdue need to change the rights of attorneys-at-law and their practice safeguards.  Therefore, the attorneys’ community deems it necessary to incorporate a special clause into the Kazakhstan Constitution that would regulate the status of attorneys-at-law and legal practice safeguards in a similar way to prosecution and judicial officers and practices.  Furthermore, the article touches upon the most compelling challenges of defence law practitioners and possible ways to solve them.
