SZP Senior Partner Aidyn Bikebayev Participating in a Meeting of the Task Force for the Discussion of the New Draft Constitutional Law Concerning the Kazakhstan Constitutional Court

On 17 May 2022, a specially set up task force met to discuss the new draft constitutional law Concerning the Kazakhstan Constitutional Court.  

The meeting was attended by Aidyn Bikebayev as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Kazakhstan National Bar Association (KNBA) that is called to devise a position of the attorneys’ community on the draft law and to deliver its own comments and suggestions to the draft law developer, in particular, its suggestions on how to organize the Constitutional Court as the main body responsible for the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms in accordance with disclosure and transparency rules.
